I have a small area in my pantry that I keep important information. I check it daily. I have found by printing off the WATP calendar and posting it in that space I know first thing in the morning what exercise I will be doing and how much time I need to plan for. One thing that always got in my way of exercising was the thought of what exercise to do and when. The calendar has taken out all of the guess work. I simply do what it says. It’s awesome! Thanks Leslie and team.
