I took your 10 day challenge and lost 9.5 pounds. I am a diabetic, so I had to add more fruits and vegetables as snacks to your diet. My glucose numbers has come down and I feel great.

I want you to get excited about a fitness program that sets you up for success. Odds are, walking at home will take on a whole new meaning. It’s not just a stroll to the mailbox anymore…
If I asked you this simple question, “Do you walk at home?” would you stare at me and reply: “Only when the moving floors and escalators in my house are broken!” After snickering at your quick wit and sarcastic sense of humor I might ask again: “Do you Walk At Home?” You see, that’s an altogether different question! Walking at home to some people might mean a quick trip to the bathroom, the fridge, or the garden. My Walk At Home, on the other hand, will change your fitness level and improve your health.
The Walk At Home programs were born in my own fitness center out of simple necessity. People constantly expressed to me their desire for a multi-muscle, higher calorie burn workout that can be done in the privacy and convenience of their own home. Also, they wanted it to be easy to follow, inexpensive, and effective.
The Walk At Home routines employ a variety of side and back steps that work a broader range of muscles than forward walking. These techniques build more muscle and burn more calories than a stroll around the block, and bad weather is never a factor.
Did you ever think that moving your coffee table and popping in a DVD could change your life? I am here to tell you that it can and it will! Walk At Home members always have free access to streaming video workouts. A variety of inexpensive Walk At Home DVDs are also available in our online store. The DVDs range from beginner to expert walker, and even kids and teenagers can get in on the fun with programs especially for them. Again, let me welcome you to our club, we’re glad to have the chance to show you what we are about. Walking is our passion. Your good health is our goal.
I have a small area in my pantry that I keep important information. I check it daily. I have found by printing off the WATP calendar and posting it in that space I know first thing in the morning what exercise I will be doing and how much time I need to plan for. One thing that always got in my way of exercising was the thought of what exercise to do and when. The calendar has taken out all of the guess work. I simply do what it says. It’s awesome! Thanks Leslie and team.
