My church held an after house adult prayer group.  Some of the ladies exercised after the prayer group.  That is when you came into my life.  I loved your workout. 

Your DVDs let me ease into an exercise regimen again.  It gave me the flexibility to do things on my own terms and at my own pace.  Having a newborn I had to be able to exercise at home while the baby slept.  I have been working out in my basement ever since.  I bought the walk slim at home system. Slowly graduated from 1 mile workout to the 5 mile advanced and the 4 fast mile DVDs. 

I walk with you faithfully 6 days a week.  I can now say I am 100% happy with myself.  I look great and I feel great.  I can finally have that cookie, because I am burning so many calories with your workouts that I don’t have to starve anymore.

I have a small area in my pantry that I keep important information. I check it daily. I have found by printing off the WATP calendar and posting it in that space I know first thing in the morning what exercise I will be doing and how much time I need to plan for. One thing that always got in my way of exercising was the thought of what exercise to do and when. The calendar has taken out all of the guess work. I simply do what it says. It’s awesome!
